Project Funding

The Personal Project is born from student passion. This means many projects do not stop when the report is submitted. Some projects might need funding to become really impactful ... and that funding is possible. Check out the programs below to learn what is possible.

Global Youth Action Fund

At the IB, we believe young people can positively change the world. We witness their commitment to make a meaningful impact every day, and our goal is to support their ideas. In 2019, the IB launched the Dr Siva Kumari MYP Student Innovators Grant which helped kick start 88 MYP student projects around the world. Find out more about the GYAF and the Festival of Hope.

UNIS Impact Fund

Conrad Challenge

The Conrad Challenge, presented by Equinor, is a purpose-driven innovation competition creating the next generation of entrepreneurs who will change the world! Aspiring young minds from around the globe can engage with the wonders of entrepreneurship and innovation through Aerospace & Aviation, Cyber-Technology & Security, Energy & Environment - sponsored by Equinor, and Health & Nutrition.

Tetr Disrupt

Are You a High School Student, Preparing to Change the World? This Competition is for You! Tetr Disrupt is a Global Entrepreneurship Challenge where the world’s brightest young minds from 25 countries come together to tackle the most pressing global challenges and create innovative solutions for a better tomorrow, and a chance to raise funds to bring their ideas to life.

MLV Ignite

Take part in to the sessions during the UNIS Summer Programme. MLV Ignite is co-founded by UNIS graduate Dylan Kim (class of 2022).
