Action Plan
Present a detailed plan for achieving the product and all of its associated success criteria. The action plan contains an extensive initial inventory of things that need to be learned or done in order to meet each success criterion for your product. The action plan also identifies the main project phases and suggests deadlines for the main tasks.

Note!
Tasks need to be explicitly associated with your success criteria. The template action plan will have a column for this. See examples below.
Example success criterion:
My longboard is a success if the board provides sufficient shock absorption for a comfortable 20-30-minute ride.
Example tasks:
Research online about riding properties of different decks and trucks.
Look at the physical differences between my own decks and those of some of my friends.
Experiment with riding some different borrowed boards to school.
Make a list of possible materials and construction techniques
Example success criterion:
My quartre-main piano piece is a success if it has a score that can be played by players with roughly 2-3 years of piano lessons
Example tasks:
Interview my piano teacher to get an idea of what skills the average piano studio has after a number of lessons.
Make an inventory (survey) to figure out how many piano players we have in our grade level so that I can use them for testing.
Figure out what type of music piano players generally would enjoy.
Example success criterion:
My workshop for students with dyslexia is a success if it addresses the most common impacts of dyslexia on school work.
Example tasks:
Research the needs of teenagers with dyslexia online and through books in the library.
Reach out to the school learning support staff to establish needs from their perspective.
Survey students with dyslexia to figure out their needs.
Reach out to the principal's office to ask when a workshop could be added to the school calendar.
