What to do if your plans change? It depends ... on when that happens!
This is the most common scenario. As you discuss your plans with your supervisor, you may be advised to change your learning goal or, more commonly, your product. You may also have come to new insights yourself of course.
Whatever the reason or context, you must:
Update your 'Workshop 3' section in your planning journal
Send your supervisor and your workshop leader an email indicating that you have made a change and ask them to have a look at your updated 'Workshop 3' section and give feedback.
This is a problematic scenario. It mainly occurs when you get stuck in your project or realize it was not feasible in the first place. Note that the ultimate advice might be to 'stick with it'.

Send your supervisor, your workshop leader and the Personal Project Coordinator an email indicating that you are stuck asap.
If you have a new plan - Update the Aii and Aiii subsections of the 'Workshop 3' section in your planning journal
This is a problematic scenario. It mainly occurs when there are extenuating circumstances that have set you back in your plans. Note that the ultimate advice might be to 'stick with it'.
Whatever the reason or context, you must:
Send your supervisor, your workshop leader and the Personal Project Coordinator an email indicating that you are stuck asap.
Don't proceed in another direction or with another idea until you have spoken to your supervisor or the Personal Project Coordinator.
