Although the IB has defined a long list of command terms, the assessment criteria of the personal project on use five: State, Outline, Describe, Explain, Evaluate

Command Terms
State: Give a specific name, value or other brief answer without explanation or calculation.
Outline: Give a brief account or summary.
Describe: Give a detailed account or picture of a situation, event, pattern or process.
Explain: Give a detailed account including reasons or causes.
Evaluate: make an appraisal by weighing up the strengths and limitations.
State - I love the beautiful pond area!

Detail + reasons (3-5 pieces of information + causality): Large fish, Hear birds, Enjoy garden, new swing + Reasons: quiet and peaceful, fewer people (private)Evaluate - I love the beautiful pond area because it is quiet and peaceful; there are of course the large koi fish, sometimes some birds, and the small garden under the stairs. It’s also different from the block 6 amphitheatre and its bold, aggressive colours. One downside of the pond area is that it can get very hot in the summer. I find the water sounds calming, and the swing is great. All in all, it’s still my favourite place to be introspective!
